Spring Formal & Upcoming Events!

The next not-to-miss ConnectYP community-wide event is the Spring Semi-Formal “Tango in the Tropics on Saturday, May 1, a.k.a “The Prom.” It’s already getting a lot of excitement and support, and it’s taking place in a great space: the newly renovated Greenwood Museum. There will be dance music, photos, drawings, and a cash bar.

Formal attire is NOT REQUIRED. Whether you decide to go all-out black tie, tongue-in-cheek 80’s, or just wear a suit or bridesmaid dress from the back of the closet, we can’t wait to see you there!

Your ConnectYP board is pleased to roll out numerous other events for the next quarter, focusing on professional development, networking, social events, and service to the community. An ice cream social, bowling night, financial planning, Adopt-a-Highway, and roller skating are just some of the upcoming activities. Details on future events can be found on our Facebook page.

We’re continuing our membership drive and urge local businesses large and small to consider corporate membership in ConnectYP, for the professional growth of your young employees and future business leadership! For information, please call Jeff at the Chamber, 864-223-8431.
